trust and integrity
I felt a deep sense of trust and integrity from Miriam. Her commitment to exploring a process of development together came through in everything she does. I was surprised by her capacity to listen, sit in a silence for a few moments to let things sink in and move forward from what had come up, with no apparent agenda to get somewhere else other than where we really were. It felt like a journey. The early stages involved exploring and assessing old territory regarding how I saw my role in leadership at work. As old unhelpful beliefs fell aside, the practices you crafted helped build momentum for the capacities I was accessing. By the end of it, this new way of being felt solidified and accessible to me. I don't feel a need to have everything under control. I no longer feel I need to be a master before taking action. I am far more willing to receive the impact, feedback and input of others and connect with those around me. More willing to dance than dictate. Miriam's unique strength as a coach (in my opinion) is that she has an incredible amount of energy, fire and enthusiasm behind her being. She has access to that and can bring it in an instant.
