eye-opening

"Working together with Miriam was an eye-opening experience for me. I consider myself a very rational person and always thought that coaching would be too sentimental or esoteric for me. Luckily Miriam proved me to be very wrong.

Miriam has the gift to make you feel at ease immediately. She provides a space for you to take distance from your daily routine and think problems through. Interestingly enough I never felt like unproductive during my coaching sessions. Instead, I felt much calmer and more reflected afterwards. Miriam is never judgmental but often questions longstanding ideas and provides a new angle to a problem. Working on problems with her felt like taking a shortcut in life. I would have probably needed years to figure out these things on my own.

My personal goal was to find more time for the things I love and create the much-needed balance between work and life. The coaching showed me that I could indeed structure my life differently and find time for both work and my private life. Changing my beliefs and behaviours was the only thing necessary to reach my goal. ☺
