Life doesn’t have to be a struggle. We often assume that constraints and expectations are taken for granted and cannot be changed. In particular when we lead busy lives and play multiple roles, expectations from all our “stakeholders” can be overwhelming and disruptive.
Once we take a deeper look at the underlying beliefs that keep us in automatic patterns, we can unveil limitations that only exist within us. Questioning those limiting beliefs, and ultimately releasing them can open up new possibilities and create breathing space in a busy multi-layered life. Then, connecting with true purpose and pursuing a new path with ease and authenticity gets within reach.
About me/ Miriam

With me, you define a personal strategy for your multi-layered life in alignment with your profound values and aspirations.
My own multi-layered life gives me a deep insight into the complexity of being in numerous and sometimes contradicting roles: I have pursued a 20 year corporate management career in five different cultural contexts. In parallel, I raise 3 children, I’m a wife, a friend and a daughter.
My passion for development led me to be a coach for individuals who want to change the paradigms of their life based on their deeply rooted values and their personal aspirations. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space, where clients can fully be themselves, explore new paradigms for living their personal and professional lives.
As a skilled Integral Master Coach, my ambition is to see my clients step into their personal and professional activities more joyfully, energetically and authentically. I work with clients on-line and in person, in English, French and German language.

About Integral Coaching
Integral Coaching is a Coaching method I love for its completeness and structure. It offers my clients a powerful frame for their personal development allowing for deep insights and lasting change in the way they approach their lives and careers. It was developed by Joanne Hunt and Laura Divine who founded Integral Coaching Canada and is based on the Integral Theory by present-day philosopher Ken Wilber.
Already during my training, I accompanied a dozen of very diverse clients on their quest for more ease and authenticity. I saw them at the end of our common journey be more self-aware, more discerning of what matters to them, with a clearer voice, a stronger spine, in charge of their paths.
I love working with all sorts of clients, female and male, from young high potentials to well-established corporate managers, as well individuals passionate about self-development. And I can see how my own life experience supports me in deeply feeling into their reality.
